Paul is a Partner in Brown, Okeke & Kalejaiye and heads the firm’s Corporate/Commercial and Business Advisory Department. He has practical knowledge and experience in different areas of law especially in areas such as Corporate and Commercial Law, Insolvency practice, Labour and Employment, Oil and Gas, Intellectual Property, Real Estate and Property management, Public Private Partnership, Data Protection, Public Procurement and emerging practice areas. He has previously worked as a core member of the Corporate/Commercial and Litigation teams at some of the leading commercial law firms in Nigeria where he was involved in complex commercial transactions and represented the firm’s clients at the superior courts of record.

Paul has negotiated and advised on several commercial transactions, and drafted complex contracts on behalf of several clients. He is an advocate and advised on regulatory compliance by corporate clients. He has also represented several clients in various corporate and commercial litigation matters at the superior courts of record and before tribunals and committees. Paul pays attention to detail and gives profitable business advice to clients of the firm.
